ll the fun of the fair is evoked in the Big Wheel. They originally date back to the 1200s but were made famous by George Ferris in 1893, hence the Victorian theme. Beautifully dressed men, women and children all elaborately embossed are enjoying a memorable ride. We have managed to push the boundaries of tin manufacturing with this shape and the colouring makes you smile. Definitely, a keepsake to remind us of the fun days we had at the fair.  Shortbread:  Petticoat Tails – A round disc, scored into six pieces so you can break the biscuits easily.
